BollywoodFest the Indian dance and film festival 2008 would be held at Lørenskog and Oslo.

This yearly festival spreading its wings from one to another would not only be experienced at Cinemateket Oslo but also at Lørenskog cinema and cultural centre.

Festival is full of entertainment for the whole family. We will show not only the old and new good films but also the classics of Hindi cinema. The festival will comprised of different kinds of dancing where you can experience the live performance what you have seen only in films all this while. We have dance groups coming from the Bollywood and London. We have live performance with the singing sensation and dinner and dance for one who loves dancing. The unforgettable moments and pure entertainment would be the sole theme this year. We have a free dance workshop during the festival with no age barriers just to make everybody dance. It takes almost 15 minutes from the city. There are buses from the buss terminal right up to the Lørenskog Triaden centre. We have free parking for the people travelling with there own vehicle.

It has been the tradition inviting guests from India, Pakistan and Norway. This year also we have a list of people on roll. But other than that we would be having a singing sensation for the first time for the festival along with the Bollywood dancers. This year opening guest would be Julie girl Neha Dhupia a renowned actress along with National Award winner director Madhur Bhandarkar coming with his three films in the festival.
